PATIENT COORDINATOR
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Patient Coordinator to join our cosmetic surgery clinic in Clarksville.
Prior experience in a medical, cosmetic surgery, or aesthetics practice is beneficial, along with a background in customer service, front desk, or administrative roles. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building rapport with patients, as well as the ability to multitask, manage a busy schedule, and maintain attention to detail.
Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) and scheduling software is highly valued, along with the ability to handle confidential patient information professionally. While knowledge of cosmetic procedures and treatments is preferred, it is not required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for patients
- Schedule consultations and follow-ups
- Educate patients on procedures and financing options
- Coordinate paperwork and medical history documentation
- Assist with inquiries via phone, email, and in-office visits
- Collaborate closely with surgeons and clinical staff to ensure a seamless patient experience
Bilingual candidates (English/Spanish) are a plus, and experience in sales or consultations within a medical or aesthetics setting is beneficial. The ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment is crucial.
