We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Patient Coordinator to join our cosmetic surgery clinic in Nashville. The ideal candidate should have a high school diploma or equivalent (required). Prior experience in a medical, cosmetic surgery, or aesthetics practice is beneficial, along with a background in customer service, front desk, or administrative roles. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building rapport with patients, as well as the ability to multitask, manage a busy schedule, and maintain attention to detail. Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) and scheduling software is highly valued, along with the ability to handle confidential patient information professionally. While knowledge of cosmetic procedures and treatments is preferred, it is not required. Key responsibilities include serving as the first point of contact for patients, scheduling consultations and follow-ups, educating patients on procedures and financing options, coordinating paperwork and medical history documentation, and assisting with inquiries via phone, email, and in-office visits. The role also requires close collaboration with surgeons and clinical staff to ensure a seamless patient experience. Bilingual candidates (English/Spanish) are a plus, and experience in sales or consultations within a medical or aesthetics setting is beneficial. The ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment is crucial.

The ideal candidate should be a licensed Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with experience in cosmetic surgery, aesthetics, or a surgical setting preferred. Strong clinical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to provide exceptional patient care are essential. Responsibilities include assisting surgeons during procedures, monitoring patients pre- and post-operatively, educating patients on their treatments and recovery process, administering injections or medications as needed, and ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation protocols. The nurse will also collaborate closely with the surgical and administrative team to enhance the patient experience. Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems, strong communication skills, and a patient-centered approach are required.
