Surgical Technician- Nashville
Prior experience in a surgical or medical setting is preferred, especially within cosmetic or aesthetic surgery environments. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, a thorough understanding of surgical instruments and protocols, and the ability to maintain strict adherence to sterile techniques and safety standards.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities are essential to effectively collaborate with surgeons, nurses, and other clinical staff to ensure smooth and safe surgical procedures. The capacity to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment is critical.
Key Responsibilities:

Prepare operating rooms by setting up surgical instruments and equipment

Assist surgeons and clinical staff during surgical procedures

Maintain sterile field and ensure strict adherence to infection control protocols

Handle surgical instruments and supplies with precision and care

Monitor and restock supplies to ensure readiness for upcoming procedures

Assist with patient positioning and preparation before surgery

Document surgical activities and maintain accurate records

Collaborate closely with the surgical team to support optimal patient outcomes
Experience with cosmetic surgery procedures and familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) is a plus but not required. The ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism is mandatory.
